Nutritional Medicine is based on the principle that nutrients, including essential micronutrients, are required for the proper functioning of all the biochemical processes on which our bodies depend. Therefore, when treating symptoms or diseases, we look for the underlying causes which, although often partly genetic, are usually very much tied up with nutritional and environmental factors. This is in contrast to the tendency in the conventional medical approach to treat symptoms by means of drugs or surgery.
Allergy Testing and Desensitising
Medical treatment for airborne allergies associated with conditions such as hay fever, dermatitis and asthma. Following Skin Prick Testing (takes approximately 20 minutes) specific oral desensitizing drops are made up which can “switch off” the allergic reaction. Taken over long periods of time the drops can lead to the immune system reducing and in some cases stopping any further allergic reaction.
Specialised medical treatments where after consultation with the Medical Doctor, Intravenous Therapies may be suggested. Medical Treatment involving Provocation and Challenge Testing using oral or intravenous chelating agents, urine is collected and tested for heavy metals such as mercury, cadmium, lead and arsenic. Individual protocols are developed to support safe and gentle detoxification.

Skype / Phone Consultations
We will provide this service to existing patients that are unable to travel to the clinic. Consultation rates will be the a flat $150 for up to 30 minutes and the $50 per 10 minutes after the first 30 minutes, there is no Medicare rebates. Payment to be made directly after consultation ends. These consultations are designed to be information sessions and do not replace face to face in clinic consultations.
